I am an active practitioner handling lawsuits and cases nationwide in the following areas and I am here to ensure there is Justice For The People and their families...
Personal Injury clients seek recovery for injuries and deaths caused by the negligence of others. Common situations include motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, and accidents caused by defective products.

* Mass Torts clients who seek recovery for injuries and deaths caused from prescription and over-the-counter drugs and medical equipment and implanted devices.

*  Family Law is a multi-faceted area of law that deals with family relations. Family law encompasses such areas as: adoption, child custody and visitation, children's rights, child support, spousal support (alimony), separation agreements, civilian and military divorce (dissolution of marriage), marital property division (equitable division), elder law matters, estate planning, estates and trusts, wills and will contests, probate, insurance, cohabitation agreements, pre-marital (pre-nuptial) agreements, marriage and other legal issues pertinent to the family. Family law courts generally hear cases pertaining to dissolution of marriage, legal separation of the parties, nullity of marriage, child custody, child and spousal support, elder law legal issues, domestic violence petitions, and estate planning cases like wills, will contests, guardianship, insurance, probate, trusts and other estate related legal issues.

*Time Share Cancellation Services are pursued with existing mortgage and paid off time shares with monthly maintenance fees.

*  Criminal Trial Practice:  Criminal law is concerned with cases in which a crime has been committed. Criminal cases are brought to trial by the state or the federal government, and criminal offenses may be punished by fines and/or imprisonment. Crimes are specified as misdemeanors or felonies.

*  Oil & Gas: The branch of law that pertains to the acquisition and ownership rights in oil and gas both under the soil before discovery and after its capture, and adjudication regarding those rights.  The United States differs greatly from the rest of the world in their oil and gas laws.  This is because in most countries oil and gas are nationally owned resources that are regulated by the government, while in the United States oil and gas is privately owned and operated.

*  Real Estate:  is the body of regulations and legal codes which pertain to such matters under a particular jurisdiction and include things such as commercial and residential real property transactions.

*  Civil Trial Practice as opposed to criminal law, is the branch of law dealing with disputes between individuals or organizations, in which compensation may be awarded to the victim. For instance, if a car crash victim claims damages against the driver for loss or injury sustained in an accident, this will be a civil law case.  Civil law courts provide a forum for deciding disputes involving torts (such as accidents, negligence, and libel), contract disputes, the probate of wills, trusts, property disputes, administrative law, commercial law, and any other private matters that involve private parties and organizations including government departments. The objectives of civil law are different from other types of law. In civil law there is the attempt to right a wrong, honor an agreement, or settle a dispute. If there is a victim, they get compensation, and the person who is the cause of the wrong pays, this being a civilized form of, or legal alternative to, revenge. If it is an equity matter, there is often a pie for division and it gets allocated by a process of civil law, possibly invoking the doctrines of equity.

*  Trial Law the judicial examination of the issues in a civil or criminal cause by a competent tribunal and the determination of these issues in accordance with the law of the land and the determination of an accused person's guilt or innocence after hearing evidence for the prosecution and for the accused and the judicial examination of the issues involved.

Administrative Lawis the body of law that governs the activities of administrative agencies of government. Government agency action can include rulemaking, adjudication, or the enforcement of a specific regulatory agenda. Administrative law is considered a branch of public law. As a body of law, administrative law deals with the decision-making of administrative units of government (for example, tribunals, boards or commissions) that are part of a national regulatory scheme in such areas as police law, international trade, the environment, taxation, broadcasting, immigration and transport.

*  Corporate & Banking Law is the area of law focusing on the legal methods of obtaining an official charter or articles of incorporation from the state for an organization, which may be a profit-making business, a professional business such as a law office or medical office or a non-profit entity which operates for charitable, social, religious, civic or other public service purposes and the legal ramifications of such an organization-business formation law.

*  Native American Tribal Law refers to the authority of a tribal governing authority to determine a civil or criminal matter. Tribes have jurisdiction over their members by virtue of their inherent sovereignty. In some cases, jurisdiction is exclusive, in others, it is concurrent with the state.
